Ladies Empire Investments (L.E.I.) is a 100% black woman-youth owned, South African company founded in 2021 by two dynamic female entrepreneurs, Dimakatso Dube and Dudu Xaba.
Our Story
With a lifelong exposure to construction and mining through family projects, a business started by their mother and brother in 2015. Through this exposure, the sisters have developed a passion for the industries practical experience combined with academic expertise in Business Management, Law, and Civil Technology. The sisters are positioned to raise the bar in plant hire and construction services for South Africa's Construction, and Mining Industries.
